Feuer

Berlin, shortly before Christmas. A serious relationship crisis. Nothing works between Toma (Aleksandar Jovanovic) and Marie (Clelia Sarto) anymore. After a robbery in which Toma is injured, they actually get closer again. On a trip, their love might resurface, and Toma surprises Marie with a trip to visit to old friends in the seclusion of the Italian province. Unexpectedly, the reception in the lonely country house is cold: unlike Jo (Ercan Durmaz), Paula (Esther Schweins) does not seem to be happy about having guests. Marie and Toma's strange neighbours (Hildegard Kuhlenberg and Hardi Sturm) are also somewhat uncanny. What started as a romantic trip to a rural idyll becomes more and more a terrifying psychotrip...
